What we collect

When you send a booking request or join the waitlist, we store the information needed to handle the stay: name, email, phone number if provided, pet type, pet name, dates and any message you submit.

Why we use it

The information is used to process booking requests, manage accepted stays, handle waitlist entries, send practical emails and document payment/cancellation status.

Storage and deletion

We keep booking information for as long as needed for customer follow-up, accounting, dispute handling and operational history. You can ask for access, correction or deletion unless we have a legal reason to keep the data.

Sharing

We do not sell personal data. Data is processed by the services needed to run the website, database, email and hosting.
